Frequently asked questions
Why is the minimum 3 months?
Ayurveda is adjustment in cycles: in the first month we respond to the acute vikṛti, in the second we consolidate, in the third we evaluate the result. Three months is the minimum clinically useful window.
Is the reading AI-generated?
The draft is generated by AI from your vikṛti check-up, but Lucas reviews and signs every reading before delivering. Nothing reaches you without human review — that's what CFN 760/2023 requires.
What's the difference from Sangha?
Sangha is a lifestyle subscription — recipes, seasonal content, monthly live, community. Jornada is individual clinical follow-up — personalized reading, video, direct chat and video consultation. You can have one, the other or both.
Can I cancel after the 3 months?
Yes. No penalty and no retention — access continues until the end of the cycle already paid.
What if everyone is taking slots?
Jornada is limited by a service cap so Lucas can keep quality. If it's full, you join the wait list and get notified as soon as a slot opens.

The Jornada is individual clinical follow-up — Lucas signing your reading every month. Whereas Sangha is a subscription for lifestyle — recipes, seasonal guides and community. They are different products: you can have just one, just the other, or both.
